Mumbai : Central Railway has announced a major mega block this Sunday, 21 September, on both the Central and Harbour lines, to carry out essential maintenance work.
On the Central line (Thane–Kalyan fast corridor), train operations will remain suspended from 10:40 AM to 3:40 PM.
On the Harbour line (Panvel–Vashi section), services will be unavailable from 11:05 AM to 5:05 PM.
The block, scheduled for nearly five hours, is likely to cause disruptions for thousands of daily commuters. Passengers have been advised to plan their travel accordingly or opt for alternative transport arrangements.
