Theatre Actress Aditi Mukherjee, Who Worked With Ashutosh Rana, Dies in Noida Road Accident

Mumbai : Theatre artist Aditi Mukherjee, known for her performance in the stage play Humare Ram alongside actor Ashutosh Rana, tragically lost her life in a road accident in Greater Noida.

The incident occurred on the night of November 16 when Aditi was travelling in an Uber from Mahipalpur to attend a theatre programme at Gautam Buddha University. Near Safipur village, a speeding vehicle rammed into the cab, causing severe injuries. She was rushed to Sharda Hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries during treatment.

Aditi, an alumna of Asmita Theatre’s 2022 batch, had been actively working in Delhi’s theatre circuit. Asmita Theatre director Arvind Gaur expressed deep sorrow, remembering her as a dedicated and passionate performer.

Originally from Odisha, Aditi had been living in Delhi with her brother. Police have registered a case and initiated an investigation into the accident.

The theatre fraternity has been left shocked by her sudden demise, with colleagues and admirers offering heartfelt condolences.
