Thane, August 15 :- A massive fire broke out on the 22nd floor of Wing 08 in the Lodha Amara residential complex, located near the Kolshet Air Force area on Kolshet Road, around 6:40 p.m. on Wednesday.
According to the Disaster Management Room, the incident was reported from Balkum Fire Station. The 28-storey building saw flames engulf part of the 22nd floor, prompting an immediate emergency response.
Police personnel, three fire engines, and a disaster management pickup vehicle were rushed to the scene. Firefighters and disaster management staff are currently making concerted efforts to bring the blaze under control.
Authorities confirmed that no injuries have been reported so far. The cause of the fire is yet to be determined.
