Mumbai – In a proud and emotionally resonant Pipping Ceremony held in the South Region, a total of 19 police personnel were felicitated for their outstanding service and promoted to higher ranks. The event marked a significant milestone in the careers of the officers and stood as a testament to their hard work, discipline, and unwavering commitment to duty.
Eight police constables were formally promoted to the rank of head constable, while eleven head constables earned their new insignia as assistant police sub-inspectors (ASIs). The ceremony was conducted with dignity and pride, in the presence of senior police officials and the officers’ families—who played a key role in their journey and were invited to share the honour of pinning the new badges.
