Mumbai:-The Railway Protection Force (RPF) and Government Railway Police (GRP) conducted a successful joint mock drill at Andheri Railway Station’s circulating area on November 14, 2025, simulating a bomb alert situation.
The exercise aimed to assess the response readiness of both security teams. It highlighted their swift reaction, effective coordination, and strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and security protocols.
A total of 19 personnel from RPF/Andheri took part in the drill, which concluded at 1:30 pm. Officials stated that the exercise demonstrated the teams’ strong preparedness and capability to handle real-time emergency scenarios efficiently.
