Mumbai : Municipal Commissioner and Administrator Shri Bhushan Gagarani visited the historic Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Ground (Shivaji Park) in Dadar today to assess the condition of the premises and engage with local citizens.
During the visit, Shri Gagarani interacted with residents to hear their concerns and suggestions regarding the ground and its surroundings. MLA Shri Mahesh Sawant, Assistant Commissioner (G/North Ward) Shri Vinayak Vispute, and other civic officials were also present.
The Commissioner instructed BMC officials to implement key improvements, including better lighting, regular cleanliness, and execution of dust control measures as recommended in the IIT-Mumbai report. He emphasized enhancing the environment and public experience at this iconic Mumbai landmark.
