Mumbai police (MIDC) have arrested Kartik Shah (33) from Borivali West for allegedly misusing the GST certificate of jewellery firm Chandukaka Saraf to commit fraud. Authorities confirmed that Shah fraudulently obtained the certificate and used it for illegal activities.
