Mumbai : The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) Konkan Board has launched an online lottery for 5,362 affordable housing units and plots across Thane, Mira Bhayandar, Navi Mumbai, and Sindhudurg district.
Out of the total, 5,285 units are located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), while plots are being offered in the Sindhudurg district of the Konkan region. Premium locations like Sanpada and Nerul have also been included under the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Lower Income Group (LIG) categories.
Majority of LIG-category homes are available in Thane, Kalyan, Palghar, Mira Road, and Vasai. In Navi Mumbai, Pyramid Developers (Nerul) offers 9 units priced between ₹24–31 lakhs. DPVG Ventures LLP and Neelkanth Infotech (Ghansoli) are also offering EWS/LIG homes priced between ₹14–25 lakhs.
Sanpada’s Kamdhenu Grandeur project features 9 premium EWS units priced between ₹24–29 lakhs.
Other housing projects included in the lottery are by Abhidarshan Corporation LLP (Titwala), Metro Dream Homes (Daighar), Sadguru Developers (Titwala), and Glory Township (Thane).
The lottery has five segments: the 20% Inclusive Housing Scheme, 15% Integrated Urban Housing Scheme, 1,677 flats under the Konkan Board Housing Scheme, and 41 flats under the 50% Affordable Housing category.
