Massive Public Response to Shiv Sena’s Thanksgiving Meet in Bhandara; Deputy CM Eknath Shinde’s Leadership Highlighted

Bhandara – A thunderous wave of support surged through Bhandara as the Shiv Sena, under the leadership of Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, held a grand thanksgiving meeting that drew citizens from across Bhandara, Wardha, and Gadchiroli districts. Organized as a gesture of gratitude to the people of Vidarbha, the event transcended mere celebration—transforming into a powerful show of political consolidation and ideological reaffirmation.

The gathering marked a significant moment of political realignment, as numerous office bearers from rival parties in Gadchiroli and Wardha formally pledged their allegiance to the Shiv Sena. The atmosphere was charged with fiery rhetoric, pride in cultural identity, and a reaffirmed commitment to the party’s ideological backbone—Hindutva.

Addressing the crowd, Shiv Sena leaders delivered pointed critiques of opposition figures, accusing them of eroding national unity and undermining the armed forces. They invoked painful memories of the 26/11 Mumbai attacks, the Parliament bombing, and Pulwama, asserting that the opposition had chosen to question the Indian Army and the Prime Minister rather than confront Pakistan’s culpability. “The public will never forgive such betrayal,” rang the refrain, met with thunderous applause.

The leaders also tackled the controversy surrounding the proposed statue of Lord Ram in Bhandara. They decried opposition to the project, portraying it as an affront to cultural heritage. “The second tallest statue of Lord Ram in Maharashtra is being built in Bhandara. Instead of protesting, channel your energy toward supporting it,” they urged, reminding attendees of the past insults endured by Ram devotees.

Finance Minister Ashish Jaiswal, MLAs Dr. Manisha Kayande and Narendra Bhondekar, former Vidarbha coordinator Kiran Pandav, and other prominent Shiv Sena functionaries were present, symbolizing the party’s focused strategy in East Vidarbha.

The event was not just a celebration—it was a clear message. Eknath Shinde’s Shiv Sena is steadily cementing its presence across the Vidarbha region, drawing strength from grassroots support and leveraging sharp political positioning. As shifting alliances reshape Maharashtra’s political future, this show of force underscores Shinde’s growing grip on the regional narrative.
