Health on Wheels: Bringing the Lab to Your Lane

Healthians, one of India’s leading at-home diagnostics companies, has launched its innovative “Health on Wheels” mobile healthcare initiative in Mumbai. Aimed at making preventive care more accessible and convenient, the program brings essential diagnostic services directly to residential communities—starting with a series of free health screening camps.

The inaugural camps began at Kalp Nisarg CHS in Andheri and will continue at The Palm Complex and Sarvoday Leela, with more locations planned across the city. The initiative encourages early detection and routine wellness checkups by delivering services to residents’ doorsteps.

Residents benefit from complimentary checks for blood pressure (BP), body mass index (BMI), and electrocardiograms (ECG), along with expert-led wellness consultations before and after the screenings. Selected blood tests are also offered, with options for immediate sample collection or scheduled appointments, depending on fasting requirements. Participants also gain access to exclusive discounted health packages.

Speaking on the launch, Healthians Founder & CEO Deepak Sahni said:

“Health awareness is important, but timely diagnostics are the real game-changer. Through Health on Wheels, we’re bringing the lab to people’s homes — ensuring that health screenings are no longer an afterthought but a regular part of life.”
The launch comes amid rising cases of non-communicable diseases and lifestyle disorders across Maharashtra. Healthians aims to bridge the preventive care gap by combining technology and mobility.

Following a strong presence in Delhi NCR, where it conducts 14–20 community health camps per month, the Mumbai expansion marks Healthians’ next phase of growth. Future plans include subscription-based offerings, especially tailored for senior citizens, to deliver consistent and comprehensive at-home care.

With “Health on Wheels,” Healthians reinforces its mission to add “10 healthy years to every Indian’s life” through proactive, continuous healthcare engagement.
