Mumbai : — A grand send-off ceremony was held today at 12 PM for the first batch of Haj pilgrims departing from Mumbai. The inaugural program took place at P9 of the Mumbai International Airport, organized by the Haj Committee of India.
The event witnessed the presence of several high-ranking officials from the Ministry of Minority Affairs and the Haj Committee of India, who extended their best wishes to the pilgrims embarking on the sacred journey to Mecca. Emotional farewells, prayers, and a spirit of devotion marked the occasion.
This ceremonial flight marks the beginning of India’s Haj 2025 pilgrimage season.
