The interiors feature spacious concourses, granite flooring, high ceilings, and improved passenger amenities. Escalators, lifts, tactile pathways for the visually impaired, and multilingual signage in Marathi, Hindi, and English will make the station commuter-friendly.

A striking glass canopy marks the entrance, offering daylight during the day and LED illumination at night, creating a visual harmony with the iconic CSMT heritage building nearby.

The station will provide multiple exits connecting directly to major city landmarks including the BMC headquarters, General Post Office, Azad Maidan, Bombay Gymkhana, Fashion Street, and Ballard Estate, enhancing accessibility across South Mumbai.

Once completed, the Metro line from Vile Parle to Cuffe Parade will pass through key hubs such as Girgaon, Kalbadevi, Hutatma Chowk, Churchgate, and Vidhan Bhavan, making CSMT a vital junction in Mumbai’s metro network.
