In a major revelation, Maharashtra State Women’s Commission Chairperson Rupali Chakankar has leveled serious allegations against Dr. Pranjal Khewalkar, the son-in-law of senior politician Eknath Khadse.

Chakankar claims that Khewalkar’s mobile phone contained hundreds of obscene videos of women, including some involving housemaids. She further alleged his involvement in drug abuse, illegal activities, and possibly operating a sex trafficking racket targeting vulnerable women, particularly those from outside Maharashtra.

These accusations come in the wake of the Kharadi drug party case in Pune, where Khewalkar’s name has surfaced. Chakankar has urged the Pune Police Commissioner to carry out a thorough and impartial investigation into the matter.

The Women’s Commission suspects that young migrant women were lured with fake promises and exploited. Chakankar has emphasized that the issue is not just legal but also deeply tied to women’s safety and dignity.
