Acclaimed actor Dhanush has been spotted on the sets of his much-anticipated romantic drama Tere Ishk Mein, which reunites him with director Aanand L. Rai after more than a decade. The duo previously collaborated on the 2013 cult classic Raanjhanaa, and fans are eagerly awaiting what promises to be another emotionally powerful cinematic experience.
In Tere Ishk Mein, Dhanush takes on the role of Shankar, a character driven by intense passion and defiance. Opposite him, Kriti Sanon plays Mukti, forming a central pairing that explores themes of love, rebellion, and identity in a society bound by tradition and conflict. The screenplay is co-written by Himanshu Sharma and Neeraj Yadav, promising the lyrical depth and cultural resonance that defined Raanjhanaa.
Adding to the film’s artistic weight, A.R. Rahman returns as music composer, with Irshad Kamil penning the lyrics. The musical team, known for crafting soul-stirring soundtracks, is expected to deliver a score that enhances the film’s emotional core.
