In a remarkable display of gratitude and devotion, a devotee presented a petrol pump crafted from approximately 10 kilograms of silver to the Sanwaliya Seth Temple in Chittorgarh, Rajasthan. The offering was brought to the temple on a handcart, adding to the temple’s growing collection of lavish gifts — previously including silver tractors, JCB excavators, and dumpers .

The gesture was made in fulfillment of a vow, as the devotee, identified as Devendra Somani, credited Lord Krishna for his blessings. Somani had also donated “56 bhogs” (religious offerings) and noted that his own petrol station, opened four years ago, was thriving thanks to the deity’s grace .

This extraordinary donation underscores the deep and unique traditions at the Sanwaliya Seth Temple, where devotees often mark blessings with elaborate gifts. The temple is gaining fame not just for its spiritual significance but also as a showcase of increasingly extravagant devotional offerings .
