Mumbai, July 19:
Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis visited the revered Shri Sankheshwar Parshwanath Jain Temple in Vile Parle, Mumbai today on the auspicious occasion of Chaturmas.
During the visit, Fadnavis had the divine darshan of Padma Bhushan awardee and Param Pujya Jainacharya Ratnasundarsurishwarji Maharaj Saheb and received his blessings. The Deputy CM expressed that he was spiritually uplifted and deeply moved in the saint’s divine presence.
Chaturmas, a sacred four-month period in Jainism dedicated to deep spiritual reflection and penance, draws thousands of devotees to temples across the country. Fadnavis’s visit reflected both his reverence for Jain traditions and acknowledgment of the Acharya’s spiritual contributions.
