Deputy CM Eknath Shinde Joins Blood Donation Drive for Brave Soldiers in Srinagar

Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir:- During his visit to Jammu & Kashmir, Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde participated in the Sindoor Maha Raktadan Yatra at the Indian Army’s 92 Base Hospital in Srinagar. The initiative, led by Shivsena leader Chandrahar Patil from Sangli, saw the participation of 1,000 wrestlers from the district, who pledged to donate blood as a gesture of gratitude towards the Indian Army after Operation Sindoor.

Shinde personally donated blood alongside Patil and lauded the unparalleled bravery of the soldiers, expressing heartfelt appreciation on behalf of the nation. “Because you guard our borders, we can live peacefully across the country,” he told the troops. The Indian Army honoured him with a certificate of appreciation for his contribution.

Senior Army officials and Shivsena’s Chandrahar Patil were present at the event.
