Fadnavis remembered Prof. Tripathi as a renowned scholar in Indian philosophy and judiciary, who authored more than 40 books and dedicated his entire life to the service of Sanskrit. He highlighted that Prof. Tripathi was the recipient of several prestigious awards, including the Maharshi Badrayan President Award, Shankar Vedanta Award, and Panini Samman.

Recalling his recent interaction with the late scholar at a university program earlier this month, Fadnavis said he was deeply shocked by the sudden loss. “We are part of the grief of the Tripathi family and the Kavikulguru Kalidas Sanskrit University family. Om Shanti,” he said.
