Thane: The festive spirit soared high at Dahi Handi Mahotsav 2025 in Manpada, Thane, on Saturday evening as Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis joined the grand celebrations organised by Navayug Mitra Mandal and Ambre Cancer Care Trust.
The event, held at 6:30 PM on August 16, drew massive crowds, with enthusiastic Govindas showcasing their energy and devotion by forming human pyramids to break the traditional Handi.
CM Fadnavis lauded the organisers for preserving the cultural tradition and appreciated the spirited participation of the youth in the festival that symbolises teamwork, courage, and devotion.
