Pune :– Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis graced the Shiv Chhatrapati State Sports Awards Distribution Ceremony today alongside Governor C.P. Radhakrishnan at Balewadi, Pune. The event, held at 12:40 PM, honored outstanding athletes for their contributions to sports in the state.
Both leaders emphasized the importance of promoting sports and encouraging young talent in Maharashtra. The ceremony saw the presence of key dignitaries, coaches, and award-winning athletes, marking a celebration of excellence in state-level sports.
The Shiv Chhatrapati Awards, named after the legendary Maratha warrior-king Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, are among Maharashtra’s highest honors for sporting achievements.
