Mumbai : The Bombay High Court has granted interim relief from arrest to Central Railway engineers Vishal Dolas and Samar Yadav, who have been accused in the tragic Mumbra train accident that claimed five lives on June 9.

Justice Nitin Borkar instructed the police not to take any coercive action against the engineers until December 9, as the court heard their plea for pre-arrest bail.

Dolas and Yadav moved the high court through advocates Nitin Gaware Patil and Shantanu Kolhe after the Thane sessions court rejected their anticipatory bail application last week.
