Mumbai : The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) will hold a housing lottery for 426 flats under its 2025 scheme, aimed at providing affordable homes to economically weaker and lower-income groups in Mumbai. Interested applicants can submit their entries online from October 16 to November 21, 2025.
The allotment will be carried out under the Development Control and Incentive Regulations, 2034, ensuring a transparent and fair lottery process. Applications, registration, and related procedures will be handled through the official portal: bmchomes.mcgm.gov.in.
