Mumbai, June 28, 2025 — Actress and former reality TV star Shefali Jariwala, widely remembered as the “Kaanta Laga girl,” passed away late on June 27 at the age of 42 following a sudden cardiac arrest.
According to hospital sources, Jariwala began experiencing severe chest pain late Friday night. Her husband and three others rushed her to Bellevue Multispeciality Hospital in Mumbai, but despite medical efforts, she could not be revived.
