Mumbai : Nearly 90 residents of the Gulistan Building in Pydhonie are preparing to take to the streets, accusing builder Iqbal Wadia and his partner Gani Jetha of failing to fulfill financial commitments related to tenants’ refunds .

With no resolution in sight, residents have warned of public protest, stating they may blockade roads to draw attention to their plight. The conflict centers on perceived inequities and lack of accountability in Wadia’s handling of the refund situation, in contrast to his partner’s concession.
At present, the dispute remains unresolved, and it remains unclear whether mediation efforts are underway. The tenants have expressed frustration at the lack of progress and insist that their demands are just.
