Mumbai : The much-anticipated third phase of the Samruddhi Mahamarg (Hindu Hrudaysamrat Balasaheb Thackeray Maharashtra Samruddhi Mahamarg) is ready to open soon, significantly reducing travel time between Mumbai and Nagpur. The new stretch will enhance connectivity, passing through Nashik and featuring the advanced Igatpuri tunnel.
Faster Travel: The expressway will cut travel time between Mumbai and Nagpur from 16–18 hours to just 8–10 hours.
Igatpuri Tunnel: A major engineering feat, the tunnel will ensure smoother and safer passage through the Western Ghats.
