Mumbai : The soulful monsoon melody “Barishe Teri”, sung by Padma Shri awardee Kumar Sanu and renowned playback singer Madhushree, was officially launched by filmmaker Anil Sharma along with Oma The Akk under the banner of Royant Music.
Composed by Robby Badal with lyrics by Atif Rashid and video by Avinash Badal, the track beautifully captures the essence of rain and romance.
At the event, Kumar Sanu praised Madhushree’s voice, recalling their 30-year association, while Madhushree expressed gratitude towards Sanu Da and A.R. Rahman for shaping her career. Director Anil Sharma lauded the song’s freshness and emotional appeal, while composer Robby Badal called it an honor to have Sanu Da lend his voice to his composition.
