Navi Mumbai: The City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) has announced the launch of its CIDCO Lottery 2025 under which 20,000 affordable houses will be allotted to citizens. The initiative aims to make the dream of owning a home in Mumbai a reality for the common man.
Applications for the scheme will open in June, and eligible applicants can apply online. The houses will be located in Navi Mumbai, offering modern facilities at affordable prices. CIDCO has stated that the scheme will provide much-needed relief to middle and lower-income families struggling with the high cost of housing in the city.
