Victim Dies Following Sickle Attack Aboard Moving ST Bus on Pune–Baramati–Indapur Route

Mumbai : A woman succumbed to her injuries after a brutal attack on board a moving State Transport (ST) bus traveling between Baramati and Indapur. The attack took place near Katewadi, where a passenger suddenly brandished a sickle and assaulted the female victim, leading to panic among fellow commuters. She collapsed unconscious and later died during treatment, devastating her family and heightening public concern over passenger safety on public transport. Authorities have launched an investigation into the incident.
