Palghar, July 20 – In a significant breakthrough, the Talasari police in Palghar have arrested absconding criminal Sameer Jadhav from Manchar in Pune. Jadhav, who was wanted in multiple cases, has a record of 10 serious criminal offenses, including kidnapping, robbery, and car theft.
According to officials, Jadhav was on the run but was traced and apprehended following a targeted operation. He has been remanded to four days of police custody by the court. Notably, one accused in the case had already been arrested earlier, and stolen property worth over ₹5 lakh had been recovered.
This decisive action highlights the Palghar police’s committed and proactive stance in cracking down on repeat offenders and ensuring public safety across the district.
